Bio
Ken Lalli enters his first season as an assitant coach for the Massasoit baseball program in 2018.
Lalli spent the previous 12 seasons as the head baseball coach at Coyle-Cassidy High School and currently the owner of the Grand Slam Samurai Baseball Academy, which he has led and coached at for the last 16 years.
In addition to Lalli's extensive coaching background, he is also an Associate Scout for the Seattle Mariners of Major League Baseball and the Director of Scouting for the New Bedford Bay Sox of the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL).
Prior to coaching, Lalli spent two seasons as a student-athlete at Massasoit competing on the Warrior baseball team. Lalli was a two-time All-New England selection, served as team captain and led the region in home runs and RBI during his time in Brockton. Following his playing days with the Warriors, Lalli went on to play at Sacred Heart University for two seasons, where he also was a captain, topped the team in homers and RBI on his way to being named an All-Conference and All-New England All-Star Team selection. Lalli finshed his playing career, suiting up for the semi-pro Brockton Merchants.
