Men’s Basketball Falls at CCRI, 96-62
The Massasoit men’s basketball team placed three players in double figures, but CCRI’s big first half proved too much to overcome as the Knights defeated the Warriors 96-62.

WARWICK, Rhode Island --- The Massasoit men's basketball team placed three players in double figures, but CCRI's big first half proved too much to overcome as the Knights defeated the Warriors 96-62.
The Warriors received a career-high 16 points from guard Jeremiah King (Holbrook) in the loss to drop to 4-8 on the season and 2-7 in Region 21 action.
Nathaniel Semedo (Boston) netted a team-best 18 points and Bryan Tyrie of Hanson posted a double-double (17 points, 10 rebounds).
CCRI led 63-35 at the half.
Massasoit travels to Southern Maine CC on Saturday.
