Pitts, a Rockland native, hit .333 for the season out of the leadoff spot for the Warriors. After a slow start at the plate, the sophomore second baseman finished hitting .404 (19-for-47) over the team's last 14 games. During that stretch, Pitts recorded at least one hit in 10 of 14 games and recorded six multi-hit performances.
