FALL RIVER, Mass. ---- Six different Warriors found the back of the net as the Massasoit women's soccer team blanked the Bristol Bayhawks, 9-0, on Thursday afternoon.
Massasoit improved to 2-2 overall for the season and hosts Springfield Tech CC on Saturday at 1 PM.
Samantha Baston (Carver), Betty Blake (Whitman) and Alex Santos (Whitman) each scored two goals in the victory. Whitman native Amanda Sesock added a goal and two assists, while Santos also dished out a pair of helpers to go along with her two goals.
Katie Amado (Whitman) earned her second clean sheet of the season, making three saves in net for the Warroirs.
Massasoit finished with 37 total shots, 20 coming on net.
