BROCKTON, Mass. ---- Lucas Santos netted two goals as Monroe College topped the Massasoit men's soccer team, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon at Warrior Field.
Massasoit drops to 4-3 on the season and was shutout for the second time on the season.
Andre Reis (Fall River) made six saves for the Warriors in the loss.
WHY MASSASOIT LOSS: Monroe limited Massasoit's chances to score, holding the Warriors to only six shots and just one being on goal. On the flip side, Monroe took 19 team shots with 10 being on target.
